Join us for “Peace Over Performance: Centered Leadership in Disorienting Times,” a webinar with executive coach Amy Balog who will help uncover the close relationship between your inner peace and your external performance.

  • What: A webinar exploring your Peace Self versus Performance Self and how to lead from your center, rather than your circumstances

  • When: Thursday, October 15, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. C.T.

  • Led by: Amy Balog, executive coach and founder of ConnextionPoint

  • Cost: Pay what you can with a suggested ticket price of $25

For many, work can feel more like surviving than thriving. Rushing from one meeting to the next, wondering how long you can operate at such a fast pace without burning out. Disconnected from the work you do, who you do it with, and ultimately, who you do it for.

More than ever, leaders need vocational peace in order to meet the demands of a changing world head-on, and yet more time is spent learning about the job and less time learning about ourselves, making it difficult to see past the anxieties and demands of today. The result? The overwhelmed are leading the overwhelmed.

Is this really the way that God designed for us to experience work? What if our work was fueled by peace rather than being at odds with it?

During the webinar, you will be able to ask questions and ultimately learn how to:

  • Understand the pitfalls of your Performance Self if your Peace Self is absent

  • Develop a healthier relationship with your work through daily practices

  • Learn the mechanics of self-compassion to become a more empathetic leader

Join us on Thursday, October 15th from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. C.T. for an important conversation where you will be encouraged and equipped with the tools needed to navigate the increasingly demanding world of work with joy.

We understand that for many COVID-19 has brought about financial difficulties. We don’t want cost to be a barrier to your attendance, so we have a suggested ticket price of $25, and you have the ability to pay what you can.
