NIFW Women's Study | Make Work Matter

Join together online during the lunch hour with women in the NIFW community this Spring as we read and discuss the book, “Make Work Matter: Your Guide to Meaningful Work in a Changing World,” written by Michaela O’Donnell, Ph.D. This small group study will take place virtually for 10 weeks. We will meet weekly from 12 PM - 1 PM (CST) on Tuesdays beginning March 21st through May 23rd.

Make Work Matter: Your Guide to Meaningful Work in a Changing World was written by Dr. Michaela O'Donnell. She is also the Executive Director of the Max De Pree Center for Leadership. She wrote this book to serve as a resource and to close the gap between what you're doing now and the meaningful work you desire to accomplish

This book is filled with stories and insights from faithful entrepreneurs and is built on solid research. In this study, our NIFW team will facilitate discussion around how to:

  • Discover what God is calling you to do in a changing world

  • Define where you are in this season of work

  • Embrace what the Bible says (and doesn't say) about calling

  • Develop a mindset and habits suited for the new world of work

  • Reflect on and work out ways that sustain you on the journey

We will meet virtually during the lunch hour. Details will be sent via email to registered participants.

You were made for work that matters.
