As individuals, team members, and leaders, we have all come to understand that each of us have an important role to play in promoting equitable workplaces. However, the systemic and cultural barriers can sometimes feel too daunting to dismantle, especially when there are misconceptions about what equity and inclusion actually means at work. How can organizations and individuals move beyond good intentions to actionable, long-term change? In what ways do diversity initiatives often fall short of advancing equity and inclusion?

You are invited to a conversation with Dr. Christina Edmondson, Pastor Mika Edmondson, and Pastor Daryl Fitzgerald, leading voices in the field of Christian racial justice and reconciliation. The panel of leaders will break down common myths corporate diversity culture perpetuates and identify how your personal and corporate leadership can work towards justice. Drawing on the truth and conviction of the Gospel, the panel will shine a light on the places of brokenness in corporate diversity culture.

Join us on January 21 for the first of a series of events about how to be a faithful catalyst for flourishing in your workplace.
