The Posture of our politics: CONVERSATIONS ON HOW OUR POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT IS FORMING US SPIRITUALLY

The Posture of Our Politics is a gathering of Christians from different denominations, professions, ethnicities, and political ideologies in order to have gospel-driven conversations on what it means to engage the political process with faithfulness and also to love one another in the midst of differences.

Register below for a day of discussion on how we can posture ourselves in ways where we can engage the political process in faith and love. Our hope is that we may approach this election year with unity as the body of Christ, even among differences and disagreements, and with confidence rooted in the fact we know the end of the Gospel story – that God will restore all things to himself.

Why Should I Attend?

• To gain a deeper understanding of how biblical discernment informs our engagement with politics

• To be challenged to find your ultimate identity in Christ rather than a political party

• To be encouraged to seek God’s wisdom through humility, prayer, and community

• To be given a vision for how your convictions are first and foremost driven by the love of God

*Participants will not be encouraged to vote for a specific candidate or support certain policies, nor will there be space for heated partisan debate or ridicule.
